Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure designed to alter the external vaginal structures called the labia. Both the inner labia (minora) and the outer labia (majora) can be reshaped, especially when they are long, excessive or uneven. When the labia minora are long, they can interfere with and become uncomfortable during intercourse and certain types of exercise, and they may cause embarrassment for some when they produce a bulging in tight fitting clothing or swimsuits. The labia majora may start to sag after childbirth and due to aging, and this appearance can be repaired as well.

Labiaplasty for either the minora or majora is done as an outpatient in usually 1-2 hours and may be combined with other procedures as needed. There are different types of appearances that can be obtained, all appearing natural, which will be discussed in detail during your visit.
